Four Young Men Accused Of Halloween Night Mischief In College Station

Three 17 year olds and a 15 year old asking for candy at a College Station home Halloween night were arrested for shooting a vehicle window with a BB pistol.

The victim, who lives on Holleman near Bee Creek, told police the masked suspects said “Trick or Treat” but she had no candy and asked them to leave.

The victim then saw one of the young men pull out what she thought was a handgun.

When the suspects left, the victim discovered the damage to her vehicle.

According to the arrest report, the suspects were found near that home as well as a second residence where several single pane glass windows were shot out.

The 17 year olds who were arrested were Latearrence Hamilton, Damian Navarro, and Derrick West of College Station. West was also charged with disorderly conduct for displaying the weapon.

Police recovered two BB pistols and a container of BB’s.
