Felony Theft at Post Oak Mall

College Station Police were called to the T-Mobile kiosk in the Post Oak Mall Saturday night in reference to an alarm.

Officers on the scene noticed two Hispanic males near the Wireless World business.

The men fled the mall and drove south on the west feeder road to Highway 6.

The suspect vehicle then pulled into the Brenham National Bank parking lot, where they were spotted by an off duty CSPD Officer working inside the bank.

The off duty officer directed units to his location where three men were arrested.

Police caught one jumping over a fence into the Windsor Point apartment complex.

A second was found under a wood pile in a nearby vacant lot, and the third was hiding in a group of trees west of the bank.

Officers found 19 T-Mobile phones worth approximately $5,000.

44 year old Pedro Cortez of Dallas along with Houston residents 23 year old Vicente Gonzalez and 20 year old Jose Vasquez were arrested.
