FBI agents from Bryan searched a west Bryan townhome Friday.
Special Agent Shauna Dunlap says why the search was conducted is a secret because of a sealed court order.
Dunlap says safety precautions included agents in hazardous materials outfits and blocking access to the immediate area for all except residents.
Bryan Police were among the local, state, and federal agencies providing assistance at the site, in the Woodland Court condos off West Villa Maria, east of Harvey Mitchell Parkway.

And from the Associated Press:
HOUSTON (AP) _ Federal agents, including some dressed in special gear for handling hazardous materials, searched two Houston houses with links to a Houston art expert and her husband.
Agents also searched a Bryan condominium.
The Friday searches were under search warrants obtained by the FBI. Agent Shauna Dunlap, an FBI spokeswoman in Houston, declined to describe the purpose of the searches as the search warrant was under court seal. She said the use of hazardous material gear was strictly precautionary.
The searches were underway in upscale neighborhoods of Houston and Bryan. County tax records examined by the Houston Chronicle listed the Houston houses as owned by Houston art expert Cicely E. Horton. Her husband, Andrew Edward Schneck, declined to comment to the Chronicle.
