A Bryan man was arrested for stealing copper at three local business.
34 year old Terrence Scott told investigators he took $570 dollars of copper and caused $1,800 damage to equipment at Gooseneck Trailers, where he used to work.
Detectives also say Scott gave information that led to recovering the copper and he admitted to similar crimes in August and October.
A traffic stop on Tuesday at 2:30 a.m. resulted in a 20 year-old College Station man going to jail for driving under the influence and possessing multiple fake drivers licenses. According to the CSPD arrest report, Dylan Istre was pulled over for speeding on Deacon Drive. After failing field sobriety tests, the officer also found a e-cigarette in Istre’s pocket. A search of his vehicle resulted in finding 15 fictitious Louisiana driver’s licenses and a pair of fictitious California driver’s licenses. Five more e-cigarettes and beer was also found in his vehicle. Istre admitted to purchasing his own fake driver license. He told the officer the seller offered him money to deliver a box of fake IDs to another person in town. Istre is out of jail after posting bonds totaling $4,300.

A Bryan man goes to jail for the 17th time in the last 16 years. Tuesday at 1:30 a.m., Bryan police responded an east side residence for a reported disturbance. The caller said her ex-boyfriend was drunk and attempting to break down the front door. On arrival, officers heard the victim screaming from inside and found 35 year-old Zachary Carney standing near debris of the door frame. Carney was arrested for burglary of a habitation and possession of a THC cartridge.
