A College Station man arrested last Saturday (June 24) on charges of breaking into his ex-girlfriend’s home, stalking the woman, and evading arrest is now accused of violating a protection order against the woman.
A new CSPD arrest report says last Thursday (June 22), 20 year old Julian Rasuli made the first of 13 phone calls to the woman 25 minutes after a no-contact order was issued.
The new arrest report also says on June 22nd before the protection order was issued, the victim woke up to seven missed calls from an unknown number in Florida. A few moments later, the same number rang, the victim answered, and Rasuli started begging her to drop charges related to breaking into her home on June 15th.
As of Tuesday afternoon (June 25), online records showed Rasuli was still in jail. Bonds on the four charges totals $140,000 dollars.

College Station police arrest a man on charges of breaking into his ex-girlfriend’s home, stalking the woman, and evading arrest.
CSPD arrest reports say officers last Saturday (June 22) at one in the morning discovered a broken window at the victim’s home, then saw 20 year old Julian Rasuli of College Station exit through the backdoor. Rasuli did not comply with an order to approach officers. Instead, he went back inside the victim’s home, where officers found him in a bedroom.
The stalking charge was the result of Rasuli calling the victim 150 times, entering her home without permission the prior Saturday (June 15), and showing up at her job last Wednesday (June 19).
Rasuli remains jailed as of June 24 in lieu of bonds totaling $90,000 dollars.
