Early Voting Turnout For Bryan ISD Bond Issue Is Less Than One Percent

Some people don’t know there is an election going on in Brazos County.

That’s according to elections administrator Trudy Hancock, who reports voter turnout for the Bryan school district’s $12 million dollar bond issue, with two days remaining in early voting, is four-tenths of one percent.

220 people out of more than 51 thousand who are registered voted last week.

Early voting is Monday from eight until five, and Tuesday from seven until seven at the Bryan ISD administration building, Arena Hall, and the Robertson County election center in Franklin.

Saturday is election day. Voting will take place from seven until seven at four locations; the Bryan ISD administration building, Arena Hall, Bryan High School, and Jane Long Intermediate School.
