A College Station man with three prior convictions for drunk driving is back in jail for DWI while driving a tractor.
The arrest report from the Brazos County sheriff’s office states this follows a minor collision that happened after the tractor turned from North Dowling Road into a private driveway.
56 year old Desi Robinson, who told the deputy he was doing shrub work, was arrested after failing field sobriety tests.
Robinson remains in the Brazos County jail on bonds totaling $10,000 dollars for the DWI and driving with an invalid license with a prior conviction.
