ANAHEIM, Calif. (AP) _ The Anaheim Ducks have acquired defenseman Stephane Robidas from the Dallas Stars for a conditional fourth-round pick in this year’s draft.
Robidas hasn’t played since breaking his leg against Chicago on Nov. 29, but he has been skating in practice. He had five points (four goals, one assist) in 24 games for the Stars this season.
The 37-year-old Robidas is seventh in club history with 704 games played. He has 211 points (46 goals, 165 assists) in two stints, the latter starting in 2005. He has 246 points in 871 career NHL games.
The Dallas draft pick becomes a third-rounder if the Ducks reach the Western Conference finals and Robidas plays in half their playoff games. Anaheim leads the West with 91 points.
