Some local roads are still blocked by high water from last weekend’s rains.

A Bedias woman was arrested after she was rescued Thursday night after driving her vehicle around barricades and getting stranded near the Navasota River on Long Trussel Road between her home and Bryan.

According to the arrest report from the Brazos County sheriff’s office, the Bryan fire department’s rescue team was called out with their boat to get 24 year old Lindsy Clark out of her vehicle and back to dry ground.

Clark is out of jail after posting bond.
