District Court Criminal Case Plea Agreements

One of two Bryan men has admitted to taking a construction trailer and tools from a Texas A and M construction site last October. 44 year old Rolando Garza was sentenced to eight years in prison for the felony theft conviction due to his criminal history. Awaiting trial is 39 year old Felix Moncibaiz Jr. University police reported the trailer was taken from the Rollins Entomology construction site on F&B Road. The 14 foot trailer was found but its contents were gone.

A Caldwell man has admitted taking a credit card from a Bryan business in February of last year and making 29 unauthorized charges. 43 year old Christopher Deere was sentenced to eight years in prison for more than $1,800 dollars in illegal charges at local auto parts stores…then selling the parts to others for half price. Prosecutors say Deere’s prison time is due to two prior convictions for residential burglaries.

A Bryan who admitted to pushing his girlfriend’s head through a wall last November is headed to prison. It was the second time in three months 26 year old Matthew Garrett assaulted his girlfriend. After serving 90 days for the first incident, Garrett was sentenced to three years. He has already completed six months, since he’s been jail since his latest arrest.
