Once a new city manager is on board, Coleman is retiring and moving to his hometown area of Wichita Falls. Coleman is in his 13th year with the city.

Thursday night’s city council meeting was the last for Templin. Council members thanked Templin for his service.
And the council was also introduced to the city’s new chief information officer. Sindhu Menon started March 19 after working for the city of Houston as enterprise data officer, and before that had a lead technology position with the city of Dallas water utilities department.
