A College Station apartment complex has been the site of two separate police investigations.
Friday night about 10:30, police responded to a disturbance involving gunfire where three people were treated for injuries not believed to be life threatening. No arrests have been announced. Two were hit with debris from ricocheting bullets. The third had a handgun pointed at him, then he was physically struck until he was knocked unconscious.

According to the arrest report, 26 year old David Ollie Matthews Jr. was one of three men seen on surveillance video. He was identified by his “Cradle of Filth” tattoo. Matthews denied the theft and causing $1,800 dollars of damage.
