A College Station man remains in jail on a robbery charge while police continue to investigate the murder of his accomplice.
No information has been released about who was inside the home when 28 year old Christopher Reeves was shot in the back.
Detectives were told Reeves and 28 year old Robert Farr went to a home at Anderson and Holik to steal one pound of marijuana.
Farr told police Reeves went inside while Farr remained outside. Farr says Reeves ran out of the house a short time later after being shot.
Farr says on the way to the hospital, Reeves fell out of the vehicle while making a right turn, which left blood on the street.
Farr’s arrest report indicates 20 minutes after police arrived at the emergency room, Reeves died of a single gunshot wound.
No one has been arrested in the shooting.
