College Station Police is asking for public assistance in three weekend crimes.
Lt. Chuck Fleeger says road rage was possible between two male drivers, which led to one of the men striking a 19 year old woman early Saturday morning. The victim of the hit and run driver was taken from the parking lot of the Doux Chene apartments at Harvey Mitchell and Southwood with life threatening injuries.
The suspect vehicle is a newer (possibly 2012 or later) black colored SUV, described as possibly being a Jeep Liberty or Cherokee, having bluish-colored LED or Halogen headlights, and the interior having blue accent lighting with interior wood paneling accents/decor. The suspect was described as a white male with blonde hair, early 20’s, and stocky build.
In Northgate Sunday night, a 24 year old man and 25 year old woman refused medical treatment after they were beaten and robbed of personal property. Fleeger says five armed men were involved in the aggravated robbery on Cherry between Stasney and Tauber.
And four officers were sent to The Woodlands apartments on Harvey Mitchell Sunday to collect information on the tires of 17 vehicles that were punctured the night before.
