College Station Police arresting a local man accused of passing counterfeit money wind up with much more.
According to the arrest report, three detectives at the apartment door of 28 year old James Clark first saw him wearing only a towel, having just come out of the shower.
Officer Rhonda Seaton says more was seen as Clark was escorted to his bedroom. The detectives noticed bags of marijuana on the way to the bedroom.
According to the arrest report, Clark said he had in his bedroom more counterfeit money, more marijuana, a pistol, and an envelope addressed to Anchorage, Alaska containing four chocolate chip cookies.
Detectives determined, according to the arrest report, the cookies were made with resin that was extracted from marijuana. More cookies and butter with the resin was also found in a freezer.
Detectives also discovered two pounds of marijuana and $2,855 in cash.
Seaton says the drug charges are enhanced because Clark lives within 1,000 feet of a day care center.
Clark was in the Brazos County Jail Friday, held on bonds totaling $33,000.
