A College Station man has been arrested for the ninth time on drug charges.
30 year old Jory Barham was busted for the second time this month, both times by the same College Station patrolman.
Tuesday night, the officer was leaving a convenience store at Welsh and Harvey Mitchell when he noticed a car pulling in showing an outdated out of state tag.
As the driver went into the store the officer parked in the lot shared by the c-store and the library.
While watching the driver for at least 15 minutes the officer remembered arresting Barham earlier this month for manufacturing a controlled substance with the intent to distribute. And the patrolman learned there was an arrest warrant from Madison County.
Officers took into evidence methamphetamine and drug paraphenalia that included a large butane torch and a chemistry beaker with a hose.
