CS Council Allows Mobile Food Vendors

One of the few unanimous votes at Thursday night’s College Station City Council meeting was adopting new regulations for mobile food vendors.

Months of meetings and negotiations went into 19 pages of regulations for those wanting to sell food out of vehicles and carts.

Among the local brick and mortar restaurant owners who are also driving a truck is Veritas Chef Tai Lee.
