College Station police executing a search warrant of a home off Holleman South near Cain Road find a shrine to the patron saint for drug traffickers.

That’s part of the CSPD arrest report involving the resident who was taken to jail after officers found enough THC in various forms to fill at least 300 vape pens, along with 11 and a half pounds of marijuana, almost $3,200 dollars in cash, and two handguns.

The occupant, 22 year old David Acosta, was arrested last Thursday (March 21) for manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance, felony possession of marijuana, and evading arrest by jumping out of a window.

The arrest report stated the shrine to Jesus Malverde included money offerings and pre rolled marijuana blunts.

Acosta remained in jail as of March 25 in lieu of bonds totaling $79,000 dollars.
