College Station Police Investigating Murder

College Station Police continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding a man killed by a gunshot wound.

Officer Rhonda Seaton says 28-year-old Christopher Reeves, was shot last night inside a home near Holik and Anderson.

Seaton says Reeves was with a second man, 28-year-old Robert Farr, who told officers that they were planning to commit a robbery.

Farr told investigators that he waited in a vehicle while Reeves went inside, and shortly after Reeves had gone inside, he came running and jumped into the vehicle.

Farr noticed that Reeves had been shot and drove him to the emergency room at that point.

Farr was arrested on a charge of criminal attempt robbery, but no arrests have been made regarding Reeves’ death.

Police obtained a search warrant for the house and are comparing Farr’s story to physical evidence at the scene as investigation continues.
