College Station Police Investigate Stabbing

News release from College Station Police:

On October 23, 2019, approximately 2117 hours, officers responded to a report of an aggravated assault that occurred near the 2600 block of Longmire Drive. During the subsequent investigation, officers learned the victim and a friend were walking in this area when they were assaulted by two unknown suspects. During the assault, one victim advised he was stabbed in the back and received a laceration on his left forearm. The friend was not injured in the assault. The suspects fled the area in an undetermined direction and the victim was transported to the hospital by friends and family. The victim’s injuries were not life threatening and he received treatment for his injuries.

Suspect one was described as a white male wearing all black clothing and a neck tattoo.

Suspect two was described as a white male wearing all black to include a mask.

Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon (PC 22.02) occurs if a person then and there intentionally or knowingly threatens another with imminent bodily injury, and did then and there uses or exhibits a deadly weapon, during the commission of said assault. This is a Second Degree Felony punishable by between 2 and 20 years in prison and/or a fine not to exceed $10,000.
