College Station Police Arrests Three People And Seizes Five Guns And Ammo

College Station police seize an A-R style rifle, a shotgun, three handguns, and ammunition for those guns as a man was arrested after threatening to shoot another man outside a home near Anderson Park.

33 year old Brandolyn McCoy of College Station was charged with unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon. The CSPD arrest report says McCoy has a prior conviction for armed robbery in Walker County. Online Brazos County jail records show McCoy, who was booked for the 14th time since December 2008, was released after posting an $8,000 dollar bond.

CSPD arrest reports also say two women were taken to jail on evidence tampering charges. That’s after an officer saw boxes containing the guns and ammunition being moved to an outdoor shed. Both women were released after posting $8,000 dollar bonds.

Online jail records show this was the ninth booking since May 2023 for 24 year old Zanae Ford of College Station. Her latest booking (September 20th) came the month after serving 71 days of a 90 day sentence violating a protection order and misdemeanor theft.

Online jail records show this was the third booking since March 2024 for 36 year old Anita Ford of College Station. Online court records show Anita Ford is awaiting trial on a misdemeanor charge of possessing an instrument to commit retail theft. Online court records also show she is still making payments on six traffic tickets dating back to December 2023. Online records show payments totaling $165 dollars out of fines and court costs totaling $2,754.60.
