College Station Police Arrests For A Second Significant Shoplifting, Stealing A SUV, And Human Smuggling

College Station police arrest a woman for the second time in 15 days for her part in shoplifting more than $1,000 dollars of merchandise. 49 year old Elizabeth Nance of Austin was one of three people arrested Saturday (August 24) for taking more than $1,500 dollars of items from the Tractor Supply store. Nance was also charged with driving with an invalid license with prior convictions and possessing cocaine and marijuana. She was released from jail on bond August 13th following her arrest August ninth for taking part in shoplifting more than $3,800 dollars in merchandise from the Murdoch’s store at the mall. Nance remains jailed following her latest arrest as of August 27th in lieu of bonds totaling $19,000 dollars.

A College Station man arrested August third for DWI with one prior conviction then released from jail on his promise to make court appearances, returned to jail August 22nd on a new charge of stealing a SUV from a construction site in College Station. The arrest report from College Station police says the victim’s boss found the SUV and followed it into a parking lot. When the suspect ran off, the boss found the suspect’s phone. The suspect was found a short time later. 46 year old Anthony Riley remains jailed as if August 27th in lieu of a $5,000 dollar bond on a charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

College Station police responding to a fight inside a Northgate district restaurant Friday (August 23) just after midnight finds a man wanted by the U.S. Marshals for human smuggling. The CSPD arrest report also says 22 year old Emilio Murillo-Tovar Jr. of Navasota was also arrested for failing to identify himself and possessing cocaine and a THC vape pen. Tovar remains held in the Brazos County jail as of August 27th without bond on the federal warrant.
