The College Station police arrest report says a man entered her apartment by breaking down a glass door which was completely removed from the doorway and hanging partially into the kitchen.
The stabbing was witnessed by two boys, one who was the 16 year old son of the victim and the suspect.
CSPD’s Facebook page says 37 year old Terrence Foley Sr. of Bryan was arrested following a standoff in his motel room with CSPD SWAT officers.
As of Tuesday afternoon (October 15), Foley was jailed in lieu of bonds totaling $200,000 dollars on charges of burglary with the intent to commit a felony and family violence aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
At the time of the stabbing, online court records show Foley was out of jail on bond awaiting trials on felony drug and weapons charges that took place in November of 2021.
