College Station PD Investigate Armed Burglary

College Station police responded to a burglary call Wednesday night around 9 p.m. on Luther Street West, between FM 2818 and Jones-Butler Road.

According to the news release, 30 minutes prior to the call, the victim heard knocking on her front door and answered.

Two black men, one armed with a gun, forced their way into the residence, took undisclosed property and fled.

No one was injured.

On September 11, 2019 at approximately 2103 hours, Officers with the College Station Police Department responded to the 600 block of Luther Street West for a report of a Burglary of a Habitation that occurred approximately 30 minutes prior.

After an investigation it was determined the victim was in her home when she heard knocking on the front door of her residence. The victim opened the door and was met by two suspects. One of the suspect’s displayed a handgun while forcing their way into the victim’s residence. Personal property was removed from the residence and the suspects then fled the area. No injuries were reported.

Due to the time delay between the offense occurring and the call to the College Station Police Department no suspects were able to be located.

Suspect #1 is described as a Black Male, approximately 5’08”, short afro hair, bushy eyebrows, and a gap between his teeth.

Suspect #2 is described as a Black Male, approximately 5’10”, dark complexion, with a light build.

Burglary of a Habitation is a first degree felony punishable by imprisonment of 5 to 99 years and a fine not to exceed $10,000
