For the sixth time this year, a College Station man is out of jail on bond following an arrest on a charge of misdemeanor possession of marijuana.
According to online court records, 26 year old Dylan Gandy is awaiting trial in five cases from arrests earlier this year and a sixth from February of last year on possessing a personal quantity of pot.
Gandy’s latest arrest followed a traffic stop Tuesday during the noon hour on Krenek Tap Road near the College Station police headquarters.
Gandy was also arrested for drunk driving with one prior conviction.
According to the arrest report, the traffic stop was made after an officer said Gandy was driving at a high rate of speed and was drifting into oncoming traffic.
This was Gandy’s 15th time in the Brazos County jail in the last seven years according to online records.
