CPS was initially contacted and interviewed the victim but she recanted and said nothing happened once the investigator told her she would be removed from her home.

After months of holding it inside, the victim eventually told family members it really did happen.

She said Ellison had touched her multiple times over the past couple of years.

Police discovered the victim’s older sister had also been touched inappropriately by Ellison years before when she was around the same age of the victim, but she had not reported it at the time.
