The last College Station city council meeting began with the presentation of the city’s 99th residential historical marker.
The chairman of College Station’s historical preservation committee, Gerald Burgner, presented the marker to the owners of the home at 1201 Carolina Street.
The home is in the historic McCullough neighborhood, which is the city’s oldest African-American neighborhood.
