College Station Firefighters Respond Three Times This Week To What Turned Out To Be Smoke From Sewer Line Tests

Three times this week, College Station firefighters responded to the report of a structure fire that turned out to be smoke generated from the city testing sewer lines.

Water resources coordinator Jennifer Nations says testing, using odorless and non-toxic smoke, will continue through Monday.

CSFD responded Thursday to homes near Munson and Lincoln and Munson and Rose. On Tuesday, firefighters went to the U-Haul store at University and Texas.
