College Station And Bryan Police Deal With Drivers Demonstrating “Hooligan” Behavior

College Station police goes to Facebook attempting to stop racing and burnouts at Veterans Park.

The CSPD Facebook post agrees to meet with car clubs who want to legitimately want to “park and chill”, while addressing groups that quoting the Facebook post “do hooligan stuff”.

The CSPD Facebook post did not say if any suspects were identified or if any arrests were made.

Bryan police also dealt with racing and burnouts that a BPD spokesman told WTAW News spilled from Veterans Park into the parking lot of the Bryan Target store. The BPD spokesman said that was where a single gunshot was heard by a local off duty constable. BPD officers who responded to the Target parking lot off Wildflower Drive found evidence of fired shots. No casualties or damage were reported.
