City Of Bryan Project Update Includes Long Delayed Completion Of Water Slide

A year later than originally scheduled, all features at the Bryan Aquatic Center will be available next spring.

That was part of city manager Kean Register’s project update at the September 11 city council meeting.

Two years ago, the council approved a nearly $1 million dollar renovation that also included a new pool liner, a new deck, new gutters, and water filters.

Register’s update also included ongoing construction along 26th Street west of the downtown area and rebuilding Woodville Road and extending a sanitary sewer line, where the design of that project is 95 percent complete.
