The annual meeting of Citizens for Wellborn is Friday.
President Jane Cohen says there will be a panel discussion about transportation issues.
Panelists will represent Brazos County, the city of College Station, Union Pacific, TxDOT, College Station schools, and the BCS Metropolitan Planning Organization.
Friday’s meeting starts at six at the Wellborn Community Center. A chili supper will be served beginning at 5:15.

Hear about road and traffic projections for the future so residents can be better informed and have input before decisions are made.
Union Pacific proposal is to close Straub and Wade crossings, add crossing and traffic signal at Greens Prairie Trail and add another railroad siding south of there, in addition to the current siding at Millican.
Citizens for Wellborn’s mission is to help provide educational programs so citizens/residents have input into decisions made that affect their property and rights.
Chili will be available at 5:15 p.m.
