Capital Murder Suspect Released From Ft. Worth Hospital

The College Station man charged with capital murder in the death of the mother of his ex-girlfriend is out of the hospital.

According to the College Station Police Department, Stanley Robertson was moved to the Mansfield Police Department Jail, where he is being held on bonds totaling $1.59 million dollars.

Authorities in Brazos and Tarrant Counties are working out details of Robertson’s return to Bryan/College Station.

On August 13th Robertson is accused of kidnapping Annie Toliver, stabbing her to death, leaving her body in the parking lot of a Fort Worth shopping center, then crashing his vehicle into a Fort Worth patrol car.
