A convenience store clerk locks the door before a woman can escape with a stolen can of beer. That’s part of a Bryan police arrest report leading to the arrest of a woman for theft with seven prior convictions. 37 year old Erica Jenkins of Bryan returned to jail Wednesday (September 4) after her release August 21st when she completed a four month sentence for public intoxication, resisting arrest, and giving a false name. Jenkins, who had just started serving five years of probation according to court records for assaulting two BPD officers in April 2024, returned to jail for the eighth time in the last 18 months and the 38th time in 16 years. She was held as of September 6th in lieu of a $5,000 dollar bond.

A motorcyclist was able to elude College Station police officers twice in the same night April 29th. But the motorcyclist was identified after CSPD shared video on their Facebook page. That’s according to the CSPD arrest report where the motorcyclist was booked in the Brazos County jail Wednesday (September 4) for evading arrest at Texas and Walton and the area of Deacon and General Parkway. 20 year old Brent Faseler of College Station is out of jail after posting a cash bond of $25,000 dollars.
