The Bryan ISD Board of Trustees held its first discussion Monday night on the process of selecting a new superintendent. Mike Cargill recently announced he will be retiring at the end of the current school year.
The board decided to hold a special meeting before the end of the month to continue discussing the process. There will be further consideration whether a search firm will be employed. The board did not use an outside consultant when Cargill was hired.
