Bryan police responding a report of shots fired in a northside neighborhood Saturday night led to an arrest on charges of theft of a firearm, unlawful carrying of a weapon, and disorderly conduct.
According to the BPD arrest report, officers found ten shell casings on Staunton Drive, which is east of Texas and south of Woodville.
One of the witnesses told officers the shooter and three others in the car were laughing as the gun was being fired.
25 year old Dexter Taylor Jr. of Bryan is out of jail after posting bonds totaling $11,000 dollars.
