Bryan PD Investigating Home Invasion Robbery

Bryan police are investigating a home invasion armed robbery.

This took place Wednesday morning about 1:45 at the Westwood Apartments in the 3500 block of Finfeather.

Two adults and two children under the age of 10 were not injured after being restrained by three or four armed subjects who were wearing all dark clothing and ski masks.

An undisclosed amount of money and personal belongings was taken.

Officer Kelley McKethan says the victims were asleep when the suspects forcibly entered the apartment yelling “Bryan Police Bryan Police”.

McKethan says when when they execute a search warrant, officers will be wearing uniforms or vests that say “Police”. Officers will not have their faces covered during a search warrant. And uniformed officers and at least one marked patrol car will be in the vicinity with strobe lights.
