A Bryan man sought since his brother in law died after being stabbed near Neal Park last Friday is in custody.
Bryan police report 41 year old Deryl Jackson Jr. turned himself at the Brazos County jail on a charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
Bond was set at $100,000 dollars.
Jackson is accused of stabbing 33 year old Jevel Kinney following an unidentified altercation among family members. Kinney died shortly afterwards.
According to online records, this is the 34th time Jackson has been booked in the Brazos County jail since June of 2000.

Bryan police announce issuing an arrest warrant for the brother in law of a Houston man who died after being stabbed Friday evening.
The arrest warrant charges 40 year old Deryl Desaussure Jackson, Jr. of Bryan with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon in the stabbing of 33 year old Jevel Kinney near Neal Park.
According to a BPD news release, the stabbing followed an unidentified altercation took place between Kinney and some family members.

According to a BPD news release, a known individual stabbed the man, who was causing a disturbance.
The suspect fled before officers arrived.
The identity of the man who died has not been released.
