
A Bryan man pleads guilty to burglary of a habitation with the commission of sexual assault.
Keandre Perry, 32, was sentenced to 25 years in prison and will be required to register as a sex offender for life.
According to a news release from the Brazos County District Attorney’s office, in September 2021, College Station police responded to a local hospital for a report of sexual assault. The victim, a teenager, described the suspect to the officers who then located him at the scene of the crime, which was an abandoned apartment.
During the plea and sentencing, Perry also pleaded guilty to other felony charges including a domestic violence assault, theft and drug possession.
According to online jail records, it was Perry’s 23rd arrest in ten years.
