Bryan Man Sentenced in 2007 Aggravated Robbery

A Bryan man learns his punishment after being convicted of an aggravated robbery that occurred almost three years ago.

25 year-old Milton Earl McLeod, found guilty by a Brazos County jury Wednesday, was sentenced to 15 years in prison. He must serve at least one and a half years before becoming eligible for parole.

In September 2007, McLeod and two other men robbed a man at gunpoint at an apartment complex in College Station. 24 year-olds Emmitt Carroll and Damien Flowers are currently serving time in prison for their parts in the robbery.

McLeod was also sentenced to a 15 year term after pleading guilty to a residential burglary unrelated to the robbery. Both sentences will be served at the same time.
