A Bryan man who was arrested during the July 4th holiday two years ago for DWI with three prior convictions entered a plea agreement this week with the Brazos County district attorney’s office.
57 year old Donald Ray was sentenced to four years in prison.
According to the DPS arrest report, Ray was stopped while driving at night with illegal headlights.
Ray’s breath alcohol levels were more than twice the legal limit at .189 and .195.
Ray returned to jail following Monday’s court appearance after being out on bond since the day after his arrest.
