A Bryan man arrested two weeks ago on a charge of continuous violence against a woman returns to jail on an additional charge of aggravated kidnapping with a deadly weapon.

According to the Bryan police arrest report, 52 year old Kevin Bernard Perry is accused of dragging the victim out of a friend’s house by her hair and threatening her with a very large kitchen knife.

The victim said she was forced into his car, but she was able to escape and run into the woods, where she called 9-1-1.

At the time of his first arrest, Perry refused to give a statement and requested a lawyer.

Perry, who returned to jail Saturday for the 25th time in 33 years according to online records, remains held in lieu of a $35,000 dollar bond on the new charge.
