A Bryan man has the dubious distinction of having been arrested by Bryan, College Station, and Texas A&M Police in the past six months.
Nineteen-year-old Dumitru Sarbei told police he was just out for a jog Sunday morning.
When pressed he began to apologize, saying every time he speaks to police he gets into trouble.
He was charged Sunday with providing a false name and birth date to Bryan police.
Witnesses reported a suspicious person was looking into cars and pulling on handles near the Blinn campus.
A search of Sarbei’s pockets turned up, in part, an iPod, two iPod minis, nearly 11 dollars in loose change, and an electronic B-M-W key which he told police he found on the street.
According to county records, Sarbei’s previous arrests include burglary, possession, and public intoxication.
