Bryan Fire Investigators Still Looking For The Cause Of An Early Monday Morning Business Building Fire

Bryan fire chief Randy McGregor and deputy fire marshal Chris Searles visit with WTAW’s Bill Oliver about the early morning fire on May 27, 2019 at the former BB&T bank branch on West Villa Maria.

At the time of the fire, the building was in the process of being remodeled as the new corporate home of American Lumber Company.

Searles says the fire damage was on the west side of the building, with smoke damage to the center and east sides.

Bryan and College Station firefighters responded to the automatic alarm.
