A Bryan man is out on bond following his arrest the night before Thanksgiving for selling a variety of drugs out of his apartment.
Police were sent to the College Main Apartments on College Main on the report of a resident smelling the odor of burnt marijuana as he was coming home from work. Officers who responded also detected the odor and traced the source.
Inside the apartment of 20 year old David Bennett were six ounces of marijuana, marijuana seeds, two bags containing five grams of Ecstasy, and varying quantites of Ritalin, Adderall, Vyvanse, and psilocybin mushrooms.
The drugs were seized along with a safe containing $1,915 and drug paraphernalia.
There were three people in Bennett’s apartment. None were arrested. One of them told police multiple persons visited Bennett’s apartment.
