Three weeks after College Station voters said no to adding a transportation fee, the Bryan City Council reviewed plans for the next five years using revenue from its fee.

Mike Southerland was one of two councilmen who asked for the update. He also asked staff to develop a fairer way to assess the tax placed on monthly BTU bills.

Between now and next October, $5.5 million will be spent from the fund. Between $4 and $6 million is projected to be spent annually from 2012 through 2015.
