The Bryan City Council was scheduled Tuesday night to take final action changing commercial building standards and limiting exterior colors. But that didn’t happen.
That’s because the Planning and Zoning Commission asked to reconsider proposed restrictions on building designs that the advisory body endorsed last December.
Part of the agenda for Thursday night’s P & Z meeting is a complete review and starting a new discussion with city staff.
Because of the way the ordinance is written on building standards, the proposed color list has to be considered at the same time.
