The last open space in an east Bryan neighborhood is on its way to being developed.

The Bryan City Council has followed the local school board and Brazos County in diverting property tax money in the Park Hudson area off University Drive. Mayor Jason Bienski says 265 housing units in a gated area will be built first. After that, in front of University, will be retail.
