Bryan Council Approves Charter Review Committee Report

Bryan voters will decide on at least 13 proposed changes to the city charter this November.

That’s after the city council supported all the recommendations of its charter review advisory committee.

The 5-1 vote also supports the committee’s rejection of ten proposed charter amendments that are the subject of a petition campaign by “Bryan New Directions” citizens group that includes councilman Mike Southerland…who voted against Tuesday night’s motion.
