More than 191 acres in the northern part of Brazos County is being developed into an industrial park, and with $1.5 million, the county and the City of Bryan move one step closer to the construction phase.

The City of Bryan, Brazos County, and the Research Valley Partnership were awarded a $1.5 million U.S. Economic Development Administration (EDA) grant to help develop the Next Generation Industrial Park, which is located near the northwest corner of Highway 6 and F.M. 2818.
