Brazos County Farmers’ Market Relocates to Bryan’s Midtown Park

The Brazos County Farmers Market is relocating to Midtown Park in Bryan.

Vendor Christopher Jagge says they have always known Downtown Bryan was a temporary location.

“Any time you have lots in a city like that, we knew that development would take place eventually,” says Jagge.

Jagge says they worked with the City of Bryan to find a new location. Starting this Saturday, September 6th, the market will be located in Midtown Park between the main entrance on Villa Maria and the new movie-bowl-grille complex.

Jagge says they are working on recruiting more vendors.

“We anticipate bigger crowds and a little more space now that we are in Midtown Park so we would love to push it where we on a regular basis have about 50 vendors on any given Saturday,” says Jagge.

The market’s hours remain the same, 8 a.m. – 12 p.m. each Saturday.

News release from Brazos County Farmers’ Market:

The Farmers’ Market in Brazos County, a cornerstone of local agriculture and community engagement, is excited to announce its updated location to better serve the Bryan-College Station community. Starting September 6, 2025, the market will operate every Saturday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM at its new venue at Travis Bryan Midtown Park, 206 West Villa Maria Road, Bryan, TX 77801.

The updated central location aims to enhance accessibility to fresh, locally sourced produce, meats, and artisan goods. The market will continue to offer regionally grown farm products such as meat, vegetables, eggs, and honey, and value-added products, such as baked goods and handcrafted items, strengthening ties between local farmers, producers, and residents.

“We’re eager to bring the farmers’ market to Midtown Park.  We absolutely love downtown Bryan, but with the plans to redevelop our previous location at 500 North Main, we think the new location will better fit our community’s needs, plus we don’t want the customers and vendors to have to negotiate a construction zone,” said Christopher Jagge, media liaison for the farmers’ market.  “This move supports our mission to promote local agriculture and foster community connections in a central, easily accessible location.”
